Active bodies are healthier bodies. That’s the belief behind a new fit lifestyles program coming in 2015. Through our broader partnership with the Trail Blazers, we’re planning more ways to help folks feel and move better.
Be fit in the community
Already, Moda Health and the Trail Blazers are bringing the We Can! program to local schools. We Can! is a national movement designed to give parents, caregivers and entire communities a way to help children ages 8 to 13 stay at a healthy weight.
For our part, we’re teaching kids how to decrease screen time, move and play more, and eat a healthy diet.
Our program also encourages entire communities to reach health goals and be fit. Most importantly, it celebrates healthy wins, no matter how big or small.

We have exciting news to share. ODS is changing its name to Moda Health.
Moda comes from the latin term "modus" and means "a way". We picked it because that's what we are here to do: help our communities find a way to better health.
