The Moda Health Providence Preferred Network, associated with the Rose City products, has a new name – the Rose City Network.
We changed the name to match our Rose City plan, making it easier for members to find in-network care when and where they need it. Don’t worry, all the details of this network will remain the same. Members can still access the same Providence doctors, clinics, and facilities in the Portland Metro Area, including Multnomah, Washington and Clackamas counties.
To locate Providence providers in the Rose City Network, visit modahealth.com and use “Find Care.” Choose the Rose City Network to access Providence doctors and clinics.
