Member Services is available from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Pacific Time, seven days a week from October 1 through February 14. After February 15 your call will be handled by our automated phone system, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. When leaving a message, please include your name, number and the time that you called, and a Member Services representative will return your call the next business day.
