Moda Select Network
The Moda Select Network gives your clients access to trusted care across Alaska, with a design that helps lower costs while keeping choice in their hands. Members pay the least when they use the Tier I providers, while still having access to the First Choice Network at Tier II. Tier III remains available for out-of-network care, though at the highest cost. This three-tier approach makes it easier for families to find the right balance between affordability and flexibility.
The Moda Select Network is for residents of:
- Municipality of Anchorage
- Fairbanks North Star
- Haines
- Kenai Peninsula
- Ketchikan Gateway
- Mat-Su
- Petersburg and Municipality of Skagway boroughs
- City and Borough of Juneau
- City and Borough of Sitka
- City and Borough of Wrangell
- Hoonah-Angoon Census Area
- Prince of Wales-Hyder Census Area

- Tier I: Alaska Regional Hospital, Bartlett Regional Hospital, Fairbanks Memorial Hospital, South Peninsula Hospital, SEARHC, PeaceHealth, Mat-Su Regional
- Tier II: included more providers and health systems through the First Choice Alaska network, so your clients have more options

When members are outside of Alaska, they can continue to use their benefits through:
- Moda Select service areas in Idaho and Texas
- Affinity Network service area in Oregon
- Aetna PPO Network through Aetna Signature Administrators nationwide, including areas outside the Moda Select Network in Idaho and Texas and outside the Affinity Network in Oregon
