Moda Select Network
Our Individual and Family medical plans give you access to the Moda Select Network. This network includes wide range of licensed medical professionals, clinics, pharmacies, labs and hospitals. Your clients will receive quality, coordinated care through trusted providers in the Hays, Travis and Williamson county service area.
EPO plans
Our Exclusive Provider Organization (EPO) plans balance value and service. Your clients won’t need referrals to see in-network specialists. Please note: There are no out-of-network benefits, except for emergency medical care, retail pharmacy services and certain dependents who live outside the service area.

Coverage when traveling
Your clients can enjoy in-network benefits when traveling to Moda Select service areas in Alaska, Idaho and Oregon, ensuring seamless coverage across states.
For added peace of mind, you clients will also have access to the First Health network when traveling outside of the Moda Select service area. If dependents live outside of the Texas service area, First Health will serve as their primary network while also giving them access to Moda Select providers.
