Moda Health’s Connexus Network

Your 2027 PEBB plan will connect you to the Connexus Network—one of Oregon’s largest provider networks. Through Connexus, you will be able see over 30,000 doctors, visit 87 hospitals, and fill prescriptions at more than 64,000 pharmacies across Oregon and Southwest Washington (Clark and Cowlitz counties), plus additional providers in Northern California, Idaho, and Alaska.

In-network Providence care

Moda members will have in-network access to Providence providers and facilities through the Connexus network in 2027. Learn more about Providence access and how to find participating providers.

Use Find Care to locate a provider near you

Our provider directory tool can help you save money when seeking care.

Find Care, our online provider directory tool, makes it easy for you to locate an in-network provider by name, provider type, specialty, network, location, gender identity and more. Plus, finding an in-network medical provider that’s right for you can also save you out-of-pocket costs.

Search by network

1. You can use our Find Care tool to search for a doctor. To search by network, you will have a “Network” drop-down option.
2. Please refer to your member ID card to make sure you are selecting a provider in your network.
3. Under the Network drop-down menu, select Connexus.
4. Under Locations, enter in a city. For example, if you are looking for a primary care provider (PCP), enter the name and select the name from the drop-down menu. Then choose Search.
5. A map will show with doctor’s name and their offices. Select “More details” to get specific information about the provider.
6. A pop-up window will appear with information about the provider such as their specialty, gender, professional group affiliations, locations, network, if they are accepting new patients, etc.

You’re covered with the Aetna^® PPO Network through Aetna Signature Administrators^®

For care outside of the Connexus service area, you will have in-network coverage when you see providers in the Aetna PPO Network.

To access Aetna’s online directory to search for in-network doctors and facilities:

1. Go to aetna.com/asa
2. Enter your location
3. Look within a certain mile radius
4. Click Search
5. Then select a provider category
