Check if your providers are in-network for 2027

Starting in 2027, the PEBB statewide plan will use Moda Health's Connexus Network. If you plan to enroll in the statewide plan, take a few minutes to check whether your doctors, specialists, hospitals, and other providers are in-network.

Connexus is one of Oregon's largest provider networks, with more than 30,000 doctors and 87 hospitals across Oregon and Southwest Washington (Clark and Cowlitz counties), plus providers in Northern California, Idaho, and Alaska.

In-network Providence care

Moda PEBB members will have in-network access to Providence providers and facilities through the Connexus network in 2027. Learn more about Providence expanding provider access.

Use Find Care to search for your providers

Find Care is Moda's online provider directory. You can search by provider name, specialty, location, gender identity, and more to find providers who participate in the Connexus Network. Choosing in-network providers can help you avoid higher out-of-pocket costs.

Members who live in Moda's service area (Oregon, SW Washington, Northern California, Idaho, and Alaska)

Use Find Care to search the Connexus Network:

1. Open the Find Care tool
2. Select "Connexus" from the Network drop-down menu
3. Enter a provider name, specialty, or location and select Search
4. Review the search results and select "More details" for information about the provider
5. Confirm the provider's location, specialty, professional group affiliations, network participation, and whether they are accepting new patients

Members who live outside Oregon, SW Washington, Northern California, Idaho, or Alaska

If you receive care outside Connexus service area, you can access in-network providers through the Aetna® PPO Network administered by Aetna Signature Administrators^®.

3. Choose a search radius
4. Select Search
5. Choose a provider category to view participating providers and facilities
