- Personalized care reminders: When it's time for preventive care and vaccines, your Care Reminders are specific to you and your benefits.
- Moda 360 programs: Programs are matched to your personal health needs. With over 30 available, not every program is a right fit for every member, at every point in time. Your Member Dashboard will show you programs that are the right fit for you, right now. As your needs change, the programs in your dashboard will change with you.
- Live chat: Chat with a Moda 360 Health Navigator. They can help you select your PCP 360, make appointments for you, and guide you on your journey.
