Delta Dental Premier® Network
The Delta Dental Premier network offers broad access to dentists while still providing savings compared to non-participating providers. Premier dentists agree to Delta Dental's contracted fee schedules and cannot balance bill members, giving you cost protection and flexibility when choosing a dentist.
Delta Dental PPO™ Network
Looking for the greatest savings on your dental care? Delta Dental PPO providers offer the lowest out-of-pocket costs and have agreed to accept Delta Dental's negotiated PPO rates as payment in full. PPO dentists cannot balance bill you for the difference between their billed charges and the contracted rate, helping you maximize your dental benefits.
Delta Dental National Network
Traveling or living outside Oregon? The Delta Dental National Network gives you access to one of the largest dental networks in the country, making it easy to find participating dentists wherever you are. Members can search for dentists nationwide through Delta Dental's provider directory

Willamette Dental
Willamette Dental is also available as a dental option offered alongside Delta Dental plans. It combines comprehensive dental coverage with care delivered through Willamette Dental's network of providers and offers predictable out-of-pocket costs. Delta Dental manages enrollment, billing, claims processing, and customer service for all plan options, making administration simple for employers and members.
Comprehensive dental plans with great coverage and greater value
Delta Dental and Willamette Dental plans help Bend Chamber employers and employees get greater value from their dental benefits. To participate, groups must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Be located in Oregon.
- Be a Bend Chamber member, or an affiliate member of the Bend Chamber and a member of their local chamber.
- Have at least 2 employees enrolled in a Bend Chamber medical plan to be eligible for dental coverage.
- Have at least 5 enrolled employees to offer standalone dental coverage.
- Groups with 10 or more enrolled employees may elect to add adult and child orthodontia coverage.
