Connexus Network

Connexus is Moda Health's flagship provider network, offering members access to one of the broadest provider networks in the region. Members have access to in-network care throughout Oregon, Idaho, Alaska, and Southwest Washington (Clark and Cowlitz counties). The Connexus network includes nearly all major health systems in the region and provides broad access to hospitals, physicians, specialists, and other healthcare providers. When members want Moda Health's broadest selection of in-network providers, Connexus has them covered.

Out-of-area coverage

When members need care outside of Oregon, Southwest Washington, or Idaho, they have access to the Aetna PPO Network through Aetna Signature Administrators®. This national network provides access to providers and facilities across the country, helping members receive in-network coverage while traveling, living, or working outside Moda Health's service area. Members should present their Moda Health ID card when receiving care and use the Aetna PPO Network directory to locate participating providers.
