The CityStrong and Healthy Foundations health and wellness programs give you access to community resources and an experienced team dedicated to helping you reach your personal health goals. Members can receive one-on one guidance to help you better understand your health conditions and opportunities.
CityStrong
The CityStrong program is all-inclusive and customized for each bureau and offers city employees a simple, social, and fun wellness program that promotes a healthier lifestyle. This includes onsite educational support and a wellness team to help guide you to be your healthy best.
Healthy Foundations
For CityCore and CityNet members, the Healthy Foundations program connects members living with chronic conditions with an experienced care team. The Healthy Foundations team can help you tailor a plan that supports your personal health and wellness goals.

Access to care programs
Moda offers a variety of specialized care programs that give City members access to one-on-one attention from a professional health coach and wellness experts. These programs include:
- Care coordination
- Case management
- Cardiac care
- Depression care
- Diabetes care
- Women's health and maternity care
- Respiratory care
- Spine and joint care
As a City employee, you are also encouraged to have at least one preventive care visit with your doctor every two years to help manage your health or medical conditions.
