Moda Select Network
The Moda Select Network has expanded to include the following counties in Idaho:
Ada, Adams, Bannock, Bear Lake, Benewah, Bingham, Boise, Bonner, Bonneville, Boundary, Canyon, Caribou, Cassia, Clearwater, Elmore, Franklin, Fremont, Gem, Idaho, Jefferson, Kootenai, Latah, Lewis, Madison, Minidoka, Nez Perce, Oneida, Owyhee, Payette, Power, Shoshone, Teton, and Washington.
Note: Moda Select has additional in-network service areas in Texas and Alaska
Can employees get care outside of the service area?
Yes! We have options based on where the care is located. Please contact our team at 844-248-7877 with questions about where employees can obtain care.

With the Moda Select Network, your clients will get:
- Primary care-driven, team-based care
- Coordinated care designed to improve outcomes and lower costs
- Access to Saint Alphonsus, Kootenai Health, Minidoka Memorial, Bingham Memorial and more
- The same great benefits in Oregon, Alaska and Texas, depending on where members live
National network access
When small group members travel or live outside of Idaho, they can get care through the Aetna PPO Network offered by Aetna Signature Administrators (ASA):
- 1.5 million+ participating physicians and ancillary providers
- More than 6,000 hospitals
- In-network access in all 50 states
Special situations for small group:
- Out-of-area dependents living in Idaho, but outside the Moda Select service area, will use ASA as their primary network
- Out-of-area dependents living outside of Idaho will use ASA as their primary network, with additional access to Moda Select Networks in Idaho, Alaska and Texas
- Small group subscribers in a Moda Select service area in Oregon, Alaska or SW Washington are assigned to Moda Select as primary and Connexus as secondary for in-network benefits
