Teladoc is a virtual primary care program designed to help you see coordinated care and primary care providers by phone or computer. These visits are subject to your virtual visit cost share.
How to use Teladoc
It’s easy to schedule your first appointment with Teladoc. Rest assured that you’ll get any follow-up care you need.
- Create an account by registering with Teladoc.
- Schedule an appointment online or using the Teladoc app.
- Before your first virtual appointment, Teladoc will send you a blood pressure cuff and a heart rate monitor.
- If you need labs or to see a specialist, your Teladoc provider will help coordinate your visits.
Coordinated care benefits for out-of-state members
With Teladoc, OEBB subscribers who live outside Oregon can now participate in coordinated care and receive better benefits. Just select Teladoc as your PCP 360.
*Members on Medical Plans 6 or 7 are subject to the deductible before the no member cost share applies.
