If so, your provider would give us information about the service. Moda Behavioral Health’s team of licensed clinicians would look at the information. They would consider your personal condition and decide if this is the best treatment for you. Our clinicians make these decisions according to medical necessity criteria. We created these criteria by using evidence-based standards of care.
